Yes — every job that requires one. The permit cost is included in the written quote. We handle the application, inspections, and final sign-off so you don't have to.
How long does a typical bathroom remodel take? +
The $4,999 tub or shower remodel is finished in 5 business days. The $7,999 guest bathroom package is finished in 10 business days. Both timelines are in writing on your contract.
What is your workmanship warranty? +
12 months on labor. We come back and fix anything we built that fails — no charge, no debate. Manufacturer warranties on installed materials run separately and we handle those claims for you.
Are there going to be surprise change orders? +
No. Your written quote is fixed. If we discover something mid-job that wasn't visible at the measure visit, we absorb it. The only exception is if you change the scope — and even then, you sign a fresh fixed-price addendum before we proceed.
Do you offer financing? +
Yes — third-party financing through approved partners, with terms starting as low as $89/month for the $4,999 offer. Moses walks through your options at the estimate visit. We never push it.
How clean is your work zone? +
Plastic-walled, taped at the edges. Drop cloths over flooring. Vacuum and wipe-down at the end of every shift. We leave your house cleaner than the crew found it.
